This note is a reminder mostly about FISH. We will have fresh fish from Thursday DEC 07 to Sunday DEC 10th.

          Most of the fish comes in portion size filets, except Atlantic salmon. The Atlantic salmon filets weigh about 3.5 lbs. So, if you want us to custom cut some to your specs or if you want a whole filet, let me know Wed A.M

 This week we will have:  Atlantic Salmon (Bay of Fundy), Rainbow trout (Ont.), wild Arctic Char N.W.T., wild Halibut B.C., Wild Pickerel, Ont. and Bay Scallops from the Bay of Fundy


We will have: Wild Alaskan Pollock, wild Haddock (N.B.),   potato and cheddar crusted wild B.C. Cod, Ont.,  Krunchy Haddock, wild caught Grouper, wild caught yellow fin Tuna, Canadian lobster tails, frog’s legs, wild caught Sockeye Salmon and Sockeye salmon patties, wild U.S. Atlantic white  shrimp, wild shell-on  Argentine shrimp, wild Canadian cold water shrimp,  & Jumbo Prawns. New this week “wild Argentine shrimp peeled 16-20’s”



We are taking orders for fresh free run Mennonite raised Turkeys, old fashioned bone-in skin-on smoked hams, Capon size roasting hens, Muscovy ducks, Tourtiere, and Prime rib roasts. Deadline for fresh turkeys is fast approaching!

New this year is boneless, skin on turkey breasts, they weigh about 2.5 lbs and can be stuffed and rolled or just rolled. They are perfect for a small group!
