Bacon and hams are from Stemmlers Meats in Heidelburg, a family owned butcher/deli in the heart of Mennonite country. The bacon and hams are cured in the traditional manner and smoked with maple wood. The pork products are from family operated local farmers near Heidelburg. The hogs are raised in the traditional manner with good animal husbandry, farm raised feed –- no drugs or hormones.
